With out all the facts it's hard to say. It could be the ink you use. It could be the depth of your needle. It could be the canvas you are working on. I do know that yellow is kind of like white when it comes to using it to highlight and blending with other colors. This might help and then again it might not. Some one will come along that can give you a better answer but, good question. I know I'll be checking back on this one.

i use skin candy ink so i dont think ink is the problem, i think its something with the depth.

yellow is one of those colours that to the eye it seems that the blood (which should not be there!) (check your set up ) mixes with the colour and seems that you havent completed, skin candy is a good ink so its not that , usually when healed it all come right but somme colours example white after they have been done to the eye you cant see it properly but it is there and if applied correctly it comes good as it heals , re blood if the set up is right and you not causing to much trauma on the skin there should not be any blood coming through at all i understand some people with very thin blood then yes there is a little tha shows but on nthe whole you should be able to do with very little blood show
